[Governance Poll Proposal] SBF Trial Mega Thread

Following the [Governance Poll Proposal] linked below from the u/RayMV1987, people expressed interest in creating an SBF Megathread, containing all trial news and discussion in one place.

Problem: A flood of SBF material is going to come at the sub. He sucks, but his trial and story will be one of the biggest crypto fraud stories to ever occur. It's worth keeping discussion open, but there will be so many reposts and rehashes of the same tiny updates that it could drive away some interaction from those who don't want to see it everywhere.

The Proposal:

• The auto-mod will create a mega thread and pin it that will run over the course of his trial. The trial is projected to start in October 2023.

• The auto-mod posting will ensure there isn't a net benefit to the proposing user by creating the pinned thread.

• Have the default sort for the thread be newest first, as the daily does.

• Introduce new parameters to the auto-mod that block "SBF" and related terms from new threads until the conclusion of his trial.

• 48 hours after the conclusion of the trial and the verdict, to allow for final discussions, the thread will become unpinned and the blocked terms will be removed from the auto-mod.
