[Governance Poll] Reduce the Link Posts Multiplier From 1x to 0.75x

Reason: As you may have already noticed, the community content is mostly based on sharing links, a low-effort activity currently rewarded with a 1x multiplier. Despite rules to reduce spam, such as a three-post limit and a no-duplicate-content rule, link sharing is still the main content type in the community. This increases spam and creates a lot of noise, reducing the visibility of those who posted first or create original content, as many of these links end up being removed by the end of the day.

Furthermore, link posts getting a 1x multiplier discourages users from trying to create their own content due to the basic principle of effort/reward.

Solution: The proposed solution is to reduce the link posts multiplier from 1x to 0.75x.

This change aims to:

Encourage users to create their own content, adjusting the effort/reward ratio and increasing the quality of content in the community.

Reduce low-effort content and spam.

Advantages: Increase the quality of content in the community.
