[Governance Poll] Curb alt accounts by increasing karma and account age requirements

Problem:

To curb the alt account problem to earn Donuts with multiple accounts, I suggest to increase the required karma for the comments and posts to be eligible to participate in distributions.

The requirement to earn Donuts is way too low. Alt accounts have it far too easy to participate in the distribution because at the moment they only need to have:

Comment: 50 comment karma with 30-days account age is required for comments

Posts: 100 comment karma with 60 days account age for submissions

The Proposal:

Requirement to participate in r/ethtrader:

Comment: 50 comment karma with 30-days account age is required for comments

Posts: 100 comment karma with 60 days account age for submissions

(as before)

but

Requirement to be eligible to earn Donut in r/ethtrader:

Comment: 500 comment karma with 60-days account age is required for comments

Posts: 1000 comment karma with 90 days account age for submissions
