Introduction

On the 19th of November 2024, the ARDC Tally proposal was executed, marking the ArbitrumDAO’s decision to extend the ARDC with the launch of the ARDC V2. This iteration features a collaborative structure, comprising specialised working members in Research, Risk and Security, alongside a Supervisory Council. The program is designed to deliver ongoing, specialised specialised assistance to the ArbitrumDAO. As a College Professor and researcher in Geopolitics and Strategic Foresight, he has honed skills in translating complex ideas into accessible insights for diverse audiences, essential for effective communication in decentralized ecosystems. His research in political and risk analysis further enables him to anticipate challenges and propose actionable solutions.

Previously serving as Chief of Staff in a Mexican state-level government, JuanRah developed expertise in strategic planning, public security, and transparency, fostering stakeholder engagement and collaboration. His work involved creating frameworks for best practices, ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.

His combined experience in strategic intelligence, governance, and stakeholder management positions him as a strong candidate to manage ARDC communications and build trust within the community.
