Background:

Everipedia’s BrainDAO has recently acquired Bored Ape #9665 from the leading Blue-Chip NFT project, Bored Ape Yacht Club. The Bored Ape #9665 is now owned by every IQ holder and the future of our BrainDAO ape will be decided by IQ holders through BrainDAO.

The BrainDAO Ape is the new Head of BrainDAO and the leader of the upcoming Brainies NFT collection. Brainies are aliens powered by Everipedia and the IQ token dedicated to saving the world through knowledge. Brainies will benefit IQ holders through NFT raffles, IQ rewards for staking, events, holder utility and much more to follow! With Brainies, our mission is to expand our community and spread knowledge through NFT innovation.

$IQ holders and BrainDAO together will be the stewards of the Ape and will determine its course of action in the future. BrainDAO will be able to use BAYC #9665’s IP to create derivatives for IQ holders. BrainDAO will also be able to mint and claim NFTs reserved for BAYC holders.
