Issue 1M IQ/day in order to incentivize staking IQ.
Background
As part of the IQ V2 mission of bringing all of the world’s knowledge on-chain, IQ recently moved to a multichain structure in preparation for launching our native Brainchain 🧠 later this year.
Purpose
In order to align incentives between long term IQ holders IQ holders who stake their tokens should earn HiIQ. The longer holders lock up their IQ tokens the greater the rewards and NFT raffles they will receive.
HiIQ will be a non-transferable token that earns IQ token rewards and limited edition NFTs. HiIQ will also be used to participate in governance votes.
Everipedia has already reserved 30 Juicy J's Journey NFTs for HiIQ stakers. The limited collection of NFTs was created by the Academy Award winning and Grammy nominated hip hop artist Juicy J in collaboration with Everipedia. There are also several more NFT collaborations with leading artists, celebrities, and institutions planned for HiIQ stakers.
Benefits
HiIQ should increase the value of the IQ token by rewarding long term IQ holders encouraging holders to lock up their IQ lowering the circulating supply of IQ.
