EVM Retroactive Distribution Phase 1, Vote 1/2

I propose we use 5 of our EVMs.

Process & Eligibility criteria:

Take the top 50 from dailydoots.com, and sort out all who have minted an EVMaverick before, including those who sold.

Must have gotten into doots at least once within the last 2 months.

Must have been active during all of 2023, at least 1 per month. Both Reddit and EVMs discord, even just the most basic general chat, count.

Going from the #1 spot we are looking for the first 15 people who fit the criteria.

Afterwards, we create a round 2 weighted voting for top 5 who will end up getting an EVM.

For now let's assume we are only giving away 'the floor EVMs' aka OGs, although it can be changed. Using randomizer from 1-56.
