EVMavericks is on the prowl for a dynamic Social Media Content Creator who can catapult our brand into the spotlight, turning heads and sparking curiosity across the digital universe. This isn’t just about posting; it's about telling the stories of our triumphs (shoutout to Rocket School!), illuminating the genius of our community, and painting a future so bright, everyone will need to wear blockchain shades.

Our community is our heartbeat, and it's time their voices echo louder in the vast halls of the crypto universe. From highlighting the brilliant minds behind our latest projects to showcasing the spirited debates that fuel our progress, your content will be the beacon that draws more eyes, hearts, and minds to our cause.

But this isn't just about the limelight; it's about lighting a fire under EVM NFT adoption and watching as our collective efforts translate into real-world value appreciation. As our brand grows, so does our ability to further our mission, expanding our financial resources and ensuring the EVMavericks legacy not only endures but thrives.

  • Compensation: $500 per week paid monthly through the EVM Stewards multisig Note: Compensation is subject to review based on experience, content quality, and engagement metrics achieved. Stewards will consider performance based pay (a bonus) as the program matures.

  • Timeline: Initial phase will be for one quarter (three months). The Stewards and community will then reassess and evaluate if we want to continue the social media program, make modifications, or go in a different direction.

Scope of Work

Content Sourcing

  • Primary Sources: Monitor designated Discord forums, weekly "Daily Doots," and "Rocket School" as primary content sources for valuable investing information, promising token projects, and upcoming art drops.
  • Engagement: Actively participate in community discussions to unearth hidden gems and insights.

Content Creation

  • Insight Extraction: Analyze Discord conversations and video content to extract key insights and actionable information (alpha, beta).
  • Recaps & Summaries: Write concise, engaging recaps of "Daily Doots" and "Rocket School" episodes.
  • Social Media Snippets: Develop engaging snippets, memes, and YouTube. Shorts tailored for platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Farcaster, TikTok, etc.
  • Content Volume: Produce a minimum of 5 high-quality content pieces per week, with flexibility for larger projects requiring more extensive research and creativity.

Measurement

  • Direct Metrics: Track content engagement metrics, including likes, reposts, comments, and follows.
  • Indirect Metrics: Monitor community growth and engagement trends to gauge long-term impact.
  • KPIs: Establish specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to content performance and community engagement.

  • Tone & Voice: Ensure all content aligns with the EVMavericks' brand guidelines and community tone, embodying our values and spirit in every post.
