Should ManeNet DAO pursue membership in Rocket Pool's oDAO?

This is a proposal asking whether ManeNet DAO should pursue becoming a member of Rocket Pool's oDAO.

Rocket Pool, a decentralized Ethereum staking pool, requires oracle services in order to function. This includes passing information about the state of the Beacon Chain and validators on it back into Rocket Pool's smart contracts on the execution side, which currently cannot be done entirely on-chain. Rocket Pool solves this problem with the oDAO, a collection of trusted entities who run software to perform these tasks, as well as performing certain administrative functions. Members also have an important responsibility in voting on Rocket Pool's governance proposals, including upgrades to the protocol. oDAO members receive a not insignificant portion of the total RPL inflation as compensation for their work.

ManeNet DAO, with its mission of advancing the decentralized Ethereum Web3 ecosystem by aligning shared member incentives with funding, developing, and promoting public goods and education, may be ideally placed to become a decentralized member of the oDAO. We would need to explore what that would entail, and then to approach the existing oDAO members with a proposal for how we could join. Being invited to join would not be guaranteed. However,

Before proceeding, we would like to establish whether EVMs support this or not. Please vote YES if you are in favor of us pursuing joining the Rocket Pool oDAO, NO if you oppose it, or ABSTAIN if you for whatever reason would like to do so. Approval will be by simple majority.
