Steward September 2022 Proposal 2 Treasury EVMavericks

This is a vote to determine if DAO members approve of the below proposal. This proposal will be approved with a simple majority (>50%) voting in favor of the proposal. The Snapshot vote requires a quorum of 300 EVM’s voted to be considered unless 200 votes pass with 90% acceptance or refusal in which case it can get approved sooner.

This proposal is focused on the allocation of the Treasury EVMavericks.

Allocation of the Treasury EVMavericks At the moment we have 56 EVMavericks NFT’s in the Treasury. These NFT’s have been sitting unused in the Treasury for the last months. We feel like we can use these NFT’s to increase engagement with and awareness of the DAO, to form a partnership and to give extra benefits to EVM holders.

The stewards propose to use 5 OG Lion EVM’s from the Treasury. We would like to use them as follows:

• 4 EVMavericks NFT’s will be used to exchange for 14 Cryptotesters NFT’s. The Cryptotesters community is made up of builders, investors, researchers and crypto enthusiasts. Getting EVM’s access to their Discord by the ways of owning this NFT enables EVM’s to increase their network possibilities, to get early access to new DeFi and Web 3 projects and to get access to a lot of (airdrop) alpha.

• 1 EVM will be used to give away during the Merge Event. As the Merge is one of the biggest events in the Ethereum ecosystem we feel like we should celebrate accordingly. We would like to use 1 EVM to introduce a new member to our DAO during one of the activities/calls around the Merge.

Distribution We would like to distribute the Cryptotesters as follows:

• 7 Cryptotesters given out to the most active contributors to our DAO.
• 5 Cryptotesters raffled to EVM holders.
• 2 Cryptotesters to give away during the Merge Event.

From the 4 EVM’s received by Lito (founder of Cryptotesters) 2 will be given away to their most valuable contributors and 2 will be given away to Cryptotesters holders. For more information about Cryptotesters check their website https://cryptotesters.com/.
