XIP-006: Treasury Assets Strategy

Exodians, we are looking to make use of our idle assets and whilst the automation of our treasury is almost complete (it still needs to be finished/fully audited and that can take some time), in the meantime we would like to put forward a proposal to make use of those assets for farming.

We would like to continue to grow the treasury as best as we can and whilst we can not currently grow it from bonding revenue we would like to grow it through farming strategies.

Proposal

Allow the Architects Team to manually deploy 100% of FTM and 90% of DAI from Treasury reserves into farming and revenue stream strategies.

Conditions

Since we'll be working with assets that are used to back EXOD, we will not choose risky strategies, and we'll put safety above ROI. This means that RFV assets like DAI will be invested in strategies built on stable assets. Since FTM is a volatile asset this means portions of it could be swapped for other volatile tokens eventually to take advantage of a more profitable opportunity if presented.

Asset Security

If this proposal is approved, assets will be moved from Treasury MS (0x6a654d988eebcd9ffb48ecd5af9bd79e090d8347) to the Investment MS (0x8A274ed01BcA0D89CB5E636A54F9C4b5be0b48fb) and deployed from there. We'll try to track all wallet interactions/investments through our UI, nevertheless if for any reason that's not possible, a spreadsheet will always be publicly accessible for funds and investments tracking.

Farming/Revenue Streams Rewards

Farming/Revenue Streams Rewards will be sent to the Strategia MS (https://docs.exodia.fi/ecosystem/asset-security/multi-signatures#strategia-wallet), creating a second revenue stream model through strategies that are less risk-averse, since this MS is composed by 100% farming/investments revenue. The main objective of Strategia MS is to increase exposure to Fantom Bluechips. Accepting this proposal would accelerate that objective by orders of magnitude.
