EXODIA x OlympusDAO OTC for Seeding gOHM x EXOD x Beets Pool on Fantom

Goal: We are looking to kickstart the gOHM Beets pool and need funding to do so from the treasury. This will open up not only gOHM bonding but improve the liquidity strategies for the Exodia protocol overall.

We are hoping to get moving on gOHM treasury holdings and bonds for gOHM and in order to do so we need to seed the Beethoven X pool which will allow trading to begin occurring, after which point we will begin to focus on the addition of gOHM bonds to the Exodia app.

Adding gOHM and gOHM bonds will help bring us closer to the Olympus community that has helped create us, as well as help bridge FTM and ETH users by providing additional incentives and uses for gOHM itself.

This will also help us grow hand in hand with OHM and create a more symbiotic ecosystem among the large OHMie community, of which Exod is a piece of.

We will also need to move a majority or the liquidity from SpookySwap to Beethoven to take full advantage of this switch, the remaining liquidity on SpookySwap will simply be to help communicate price action between the Beets pool and Coinmarketcap, Coingecko or people using those APIs. We expected to reduce the liquidity to roughly $20k.

The current liquidity available for gOHM on Fantom creates unreasonable slippage to buy from the market which would decrease the liquidity we can offer to Olympus. By doing the trade OTC we can get the maximum amount of gOHM which can go towards the liquidity.

Vote: use 300k DAI to purchase gOHM in order to seed the EXODIA BEETS liquidity Pool(but we would like to have a limit of $500k for future purchases).
