XIP-005: WAGMIDAO Acquisition

Acquisition of WAGMIDAO.

We propose the acquisition of WAGMIDAO into the control of Exodia.

We will create a bond where users can swap WEN (WAGMIDAOs token) for wsEXOD. Those EXOD will come from the DAO funds and will be vested for 2 weeks. Their treasury is worth about $60K so we will seed the bond contract with the same value of EXOD + 5% (It's like a constant bond discount/ROI).

The bond will be available for 1 month and if all of their holders do not swap their WEN for wsEXOD we will recover the remaining funds back into our DAO funds. This will bring some new people to Exodia, it will be our first acquisition and will not require us to mint new EXOD (non dilutive acquisition).

The funds acquired will be utilised for further investment and development of Exodia.
