XBP-001: Add Bonds for Andre & Dani new token

Proposal: EXODIA to add Bonds for upcoming Andre/Daniele Project Token launching soon on Fantom.

Our Fantom Family has witnessed many firsts throughout the years and we wish to continue this into the future. With EXODIA being the first launched Digital Reserve Currency on Fantom, we wish to pay homage to two of the Great Kings of DeFi , Andre Cronje and Daniele Sestegalli for their first collaborative Fantom Project by adding bonds of the project token.

With the upcoming release of their collaborative token, EXODIA, being frogs at heart ourselves, wish to add Bonds for the token of their project. This will allow each EXODIAN, through holding EXOD, exposure to a great team within the Fantom Ecosystem. By voting yes now, we will be prepared to add bonds immediately upon token and project launch.
