Increase ETH borrow limit on KLIMA/ETH pool 300->600 WETH

Currently the ETH borrow limit is set at 300 and is maxed out for this pool. The KLIMA token has had positive news about not being classed as a security and continues to perform well as an asset.

I suggest based on the continued strength of the token and the large amount of ETH in reserve (utilIzation rate currently 45%) that a doubling of the lending amount from 300->600 ETH is reasonable.
