Higher borrow quota for veExtra holder
As borrow power is getting to it's limit on several pools, the idea of giving an extra percentage of quota for veExtra holder proportional to their holding.
Many pools already have reached the cap of borrowing (eg: AERO/USDC for usdc borrowing), as demand surpassed the offer
The proposal would enhance the value of Extra as another argument to buy it and stake it.
The idea would be in practice that a fixed percentage of the borrowing power for a given pool is available exclusively for veExtra holders. An indication on the website, in the pool page when there is no borrow liquidity available for non-Extra holder, would be welcome to encourage people more for holding Extra.
