Increase AERO max Borrow for USDC/AERO to $12,000,000 on Base

I would like to propose increasing the AERO Credit Limit (vAMMV2-USDC/AERO) from $10,000,000 to $12,000,000 on the Base network. In the past weeks, the AERO borrow on the USDC/AERO pool was bottlenecked by the 95% utilization limit. Currently, it is limited by the Credit Limit of AERO. In order for farmers to be able to increase their positions and for lenders to earn higher APY thanks to higher utilization, I would like to propose increasing the limit to $12,000,000. As the current lent amount is $12,034,450 at the time of writing, this limit should suffice.
