Higher usage quota for stable pools on optimism

Hello community, I've noticed that base stable pools have a usage quota of 95% for premium users ( extra holders ). But that does not look to be the case for optimism stable pools ( ex : USDC.e-msUSD USDC-msUSD ) I don't know if this is a bug or was forgotten after the submission of the previous proposal. I would propose then to increase the borrowing quota to 95% on USDC and USDC.e stable pools on the optimism network
