Seek USDC lending directly from Circle

The rates and market for USDC are consistently maxed out. All potential farming opportunities are now limited by the lending markets.

Lenders are also able to earn above average rates (20%+) on stable coins.

We ask that the protocol to seek larger investment from Stablecoin issuers directly who might supply $1-5M across the Optimism and BASE L2s so that then more accelerated farming might occur.

Without active liquidity the ability utilise the Extra functionality is mute.
