Increase USD+ borrow limit on OVN-USD+

In response to the escalating demand for the OVN-USD+ pool, it has become evident that the current borrowing limit of 250k USD+ no longer meets the needs of our users. The pool's performance and the growing interest in USD+ as a stable and reliable asset underscore the necessity for an adjustment to our borrowing parameters.

Given the solid performance of the OVN-USD+ pool and its pivotal role in facilitating efficient capital flows within the ecosystem, an enhancement of the borrowing limit is proposed. To align with the heightened demand and to further stimulate participation and liquidity within the pool, it is recommended that the USD+ borrowing limit be increased to a minimum of 500k USD+.
