How to elect grant winners.

The Pool

When a person is proposed by a guild member and is selected by the guild they are added to a public pool of names.

The max amount of names within this pool is not to exceed three persons.

This prevents spam and ensures our ability to provide the grant. Meaning I will only need to maintain enough MANA/USDC for three awards. This is an essential component for me so that I can make sure we do not default on a grant after it is announced.

Therefore, no proposal will be valid if it is voted on when there are 3 people within the pool.

Examples of what is valid:

Pool 1: Michi, YouMack (Propose a new winner.) Pool 2: Michi, YouMack, Anthony (Do not propose a new winner.) Pool 3: Michi (Propose a new winner.)
