Put a progress bar for Safy on website

I propose that we put a progress bar for Safy on the website. Different marketcaps will be the milestones for Safy to reach on the pgoress bar (ex: 100 million= moon, 200 million= mars, 300 million = jupiter... ---> 1 billion = andromeda galaxy)

I think this will be good to get people to hold and hit those milestones as we near them and it will also be a fun way for people to visually track our progress.

we can also have it more interesting with having Safy ride a rocket or something.
