To create a penalty system for taking staking rewards to early.

This project is quite amazing and the last thing that we need is for the protocol to fail because of individuals who just want to make a quick buck or fast money. As we have seen with other staking daos before, the project tanks when there is not a penalty or locked system set in place to keep the protocol from crashing. I believe in this project long term and i would love see this action taken as soon as possible before the projects gains more people.

I vote that the penalty fee should go like this

Day 1 -7 removal= 20% of FHM Day 7-14 removal = 15% of FHM Within a 1-2 months Removal = 10% of FHM Within 2-6 months removal = 5% of FHM Within 6- 11 months removal = 2% of FHM After 1 year removal = 0.2%

The penalty fee should go towards the FHM holders who are staking. to incentivize long term holding
