Maintain a runway prospective of 365 days

The health of our project is heavily jeopardazed every time the runway estimation takes "critical hits".

We should start prospecting ways of maintaining a "strict" 365 days runway estimation, by recalculating our APY daily, to daily ensure a 365 runway estimation of projections.

Any under-evaluation should trigger measures to increase longevity by daily changing the APY downwards for the rebases of the day. Any over-evalution should give room for "extra renumerations" calculated daily for the rebases of the day.
