Guild Tournament Fairness

During a tournament, total guild ELO should only be counted from those guild members who have joined the guild BEFORE the start of the current tournament. This mechanic ensures fairness and supports a sporting guild community. This mechanic can be implemented IMMEDIATELY as it only requires the team to filter members' join dates without the need for any changes to the guild smart contracts.

The options for the vote are as follows: Agree - Total guild ELO only from members joined before tournament start Disagree - Total guild ELO regardless of a member's join date

I would encourage voting for the "Agree" option as this method is used in other large and successful games with tournament systems and promotes a healthier gaming community and experience.
