Upgradeable BSC Station Staff

With its current stats, the BSC Station Staff is not a viable option to compete with other magical weapons for intended races both currently available (Human - Lagan Wand, Male Angel - Frederick Staff) and planned (Female Angel - "Lightning Hammer", Male Orc - "Shaman Staff").

With the BSCS staff only being able to reach Tier 1 stats, it will not be suitable for PvP competitions. The staff's ability of reducing enemy magical defense by 5% will only add a negligible 2 to 7 additional damage per attack.

This proposal seeks to make the staff upgradeable to Tier 2 and Tier 3, in order to both increase stats and increase the Atrophy aura's percentage. Stats, ability increases, and number of BSCS staffs needed for upgrades will be left to the discretion of the developers. The upgraded graphic for T2 and T3 will also be left to the discretion of the developers, whether they create new artwork or simply keep the same artwork with upgraded stats as to speed up development.
