{GODPROP #5} New Yomopu Pools

If this proposal passes, then we will add the following pools on yomopu:

1. SPIRIT
2. BOO
3. ORI

As agreed on in prop 4, the pools will be added with 0.2% deposit fee, and 1 Allocation Point (i.e. these poools earn yomopu at the same rate as the yomopu and dai pools).
