Fashion Street District - Choice between Current Plan and Ownership Option -(Open only to those who missed the previous votings)

Current District Plan

According to the District Plan https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rEsUxyzXa78nfxHev0NmCh62ROqUAiMI/view Fashion Street Contributors are currently only entitled to receive usage rights of parcels/estates.

Ownership Option

The main purpose of this proposal is to add the Ownership Option to the District Plan which allows contributors to own 65% or 70% (rounded to the closest integer) of their assigned (usage rights) estate/land as shown in this table: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AMDauaX80dV_gbGUUZqK7J7APCPBET28/view Contributors with assigned estates facing the Main Street (double road starting from 0, -94 to 0, -150) who choose the Ownership Option will receive 70% of their assigned estate but no LAND facing the Main Street (30%) which will go to the District Leadership and Team wallet. All the other contributors (with estates/parcels not facing the Main Street) will receive 65% of their assigned estate, while the other 35% will go to the District Leadership and Team wallet. These contributors will receive the best estate facing at least a road or a plaza. This is a hypothetical map where 100% of contributors have chosen the Ownership Option. The numbers in brackets show the size of the previous estate (usage rights). The light green areas with no numbers are the estates which will go to the District Leadership and Team wallet. Another District Plaza will be created at -144, 7 if all the contributors around the area choose the Ownership Option.

The Fashion Street District is not responsible or liable for the content uploaded and conduct in your LAND. Contributors by signing this proposal with their Ethereum wallet agree to use the LAND they will receive in compliance with the Decentraland “Content Policy”: https://decentraland.org/content/
Contributors also understand and agree that after the LAND transfer all the obligations the District Leadership and Team have to Contributors are fulfilled and there will be no further obligation or commitment.
