Raise FATE Harmony Rewards Pre MATIC ReDeploy

Based on the decisions/outcomes of the recent proposals - FATExDAO is moving to MATIC and redeploying (reissuing FATE with the original supply).

The redeploy/move is supported by multiple reasons.

As it relates to FATE Harmony holders, (that's likely you if you're reading this) one of the main components that should occur from the structure of replacing FATE on Harmony with the new FATE to be issued on MATIC is:

The more FATE Harmony you have (regardless of its price) the more FATE MATIC you will receive.

NOTE: this proposal will be supported by a tentative emissions schedule that will be published before the end of voting for the subject proposal.

The emissions schedule will not require DAO approval so long as it conforms to the generalities expected by approving this proposal.

If necessary the emissions schedule can change under the rules passed under previous DAO-approved proposals (i.e. if it has an unforeseen negative impact.

Please, always make your own decision and do not construe anything said here as professional financial advice - we hope you will reach the same conclusion regarding the potential value of FATE when it is reissued on MATIC given:

1. We are implementing smart contracts to encourage longer capital contribution, discourage yield-farming, and reward members;

2. The initial supply released via rewards - and those allocated to FATE Harmony holders will be structured to help increase its value beyond what transpired re: price history while on Harmony. (The tokenomics of the new FATE on MATIC will be presented in the next 1-3 days)

Demand for FATE on Harmony will ideally increase.

There is approximately 400,000,000 FATE that is not circulating and can now be used for rewards/emissions before the move to MATIC.

The exact date of the move to MATIC (and the end of rewards of FATE on Harmony) has not yet been finalized. However, development is almost done - so the expectation is that it will be several weeks, not several more months.

To allow members an opportunity to increase the amount of FATE on Harmony held - thereby increasing the amount of FATE to be issued on MATIC that members will receive we are proposing the following:

1. Increase emissions of FATE rewards so that approximately 300,000,000 FATE is issued over <6 months. This time period is overly precautionary, as the MATIC deployment nears and becomes finalized, it will be adjusted:

2. When the exact date for the FATExFi/DAO MATIC mainnet is finalized the emissions will be adjusted so that almost all the remaining supply of FATE on Harmony is rewarded.

3. All else will remain the same except the length of the epoch (that is proposed/detailed in the next proposal) specifically locked rewards for the current, last epoch, will not be accessible - this is justified given that the proposal for recipients of FATE on MATIC benefiting from this will have their allocations locked and distributed evenly in a manner that will reduce the impact the release will have on supply but allow the benefits of receiving the allocation to be reaped in a non-extraneous period of time. (The exact details of this will be published and proposed before the conclusion of this voting proposal)

1. Yes: increase emissions of FATE to have the majority of the remaining supply to be distributed to members by the time rewards end and FATExFi mainnet is ready to go live.
