Update the original MCLB airdrop to correct data

During the initial CREDIT/RVNT token snapshot, malicious addresses were not airdropped any MCLB tokens. However after a dev finding, there has been extensive discussions in the MCLB Brigadier governance channel, and accordingly it is being put to vote to alter the MCLB drop to exclude any addresses (If) erroneously included in the original CREDIT snapshot (Or to mitigate whatever we can at this point)
