FIP-73 cont: FEI Peg Policy Changes

Summary:

Continue “Contractionary Monetary Policy” for Fei Protocol with some FEI policy changes to bolster the FEI peg and protect PCV.

This proposal will authorize further actions to contract the FEI supply and increase demand.

Proposal:

Swap 20m LUSD for DAI (to Compound) and whitelist conversion for PCV Guardian Withdraw FEI from Fuse positions until utilization is 80% Withdraw all FEI from Idle, Barnbridge and Visor Withdraw and redeem agEUR

All withdrawn FEI will be burned

Voting Rules:

This will be a binding, approval style snapshot. Each option above will be voted on independently, and options with more approval than disapproval which exceed 10M TRIBE quorum will be enacted through the Optimistic Timelock.
