NFTeam & DAO fund distribution

In order to solve issues with how funds are distributed and how payments are made and decided, I have created this proposal to fast track and manage funding more dynamically.

It is too clunky to send every single payment from the DAO directly, so instead we will give monthly installments (number outlined in previous NFTeam proposal) to Muhfeistypixels to distribute appropriately. payments will be made according to completion of notion tasks, and in some cases a fixed rate. the appropriate amounts to be paid will be approved by myself, with feedback from the community as we go along in order to create fair flow without burning through funding. people who wish to request funding can contact me, feistypixels or create a snapshot proposal. we will always ask the opinion of the community for significant decisions.

In the future, when the organisation is more refined, we will use an app to route all payments directly through the DAO instead.
