Summary

This is a retroactive proposal that seeks to solidify Timi's full time position as a Full-stack developer under the Product Circle (started May 1st, 2022).

Motivation

Forefront’s product strategy is to become the leading discovery and reputation platform for web3 social. In order to progress towards this objective, it is important that we build the foundation for a high performing development team.

As a full-stack developer, Timi has shown incredible initiative and teamwork by creating the first iteration for our Member Directory. He has since then taken the lead on our collaboration with IndexCoop in building their Terminal.

In accordance with the scorecard laid out below, we would like to offer Timi a full time position on our development team.

Specifications

Compensation Scope

  • Monthly compensation of $6,250 USDC;
  • FF Compensation: 0.5% total supply (50,000FF), subject to 3 years vesting period. Not subject to a cliff;
  • Start date May 1st, upon proposal approval;
  • As per current hiring guideline, compensation to be revised in 6months

Responsibilities

Upon onboarding Timi will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the design and creation of scalable software driving towards of strategic objective of being web3 social’s trusted information, reputation, and signal layer.
  • Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

Evaluation

FT work expectation and outcome scorecard (with seasonal OKRs) will be set internally. It will serve as guideline, work evaluation also includes members growth, learning and improvement; Guideline on termination: In failure to meet expectations or violation of FF values and principles, an re-evaluation discussion will take place between the full time contributors and the staff team. If the decision to terminate is agreed and valid, it will be put into effect by the staff team. In this case contributors monthly and vesting compensation will be immediately ceased. In case of termination, all unvested FF will roll back to treasury in case of termination;

Quorum

  • Quorum: Minimum 5% of all currently circulating $FF (excluding treasury tokens) or 43119.2 $FF must participate for the proposal to pass.
  • Passing Threshold: 65% or more of voting members must vote YES for the proposal to pass.

  • Yes - Vote YES to approve Onboard Timi as a FT Full-stack Developer
  • No - Vote NO to reject Onboard Timi as a FT Full-stack Developer
