Summary
In accordance with the scorecard laid out in a previous proposal and DAO priorities, this proposal seeks to renew the existing contract for Ed | Pastacartel as Forefront Product Lead.
Motivation
Forefront’s core priority is to continue to attract and retain top contributors who have continuously shown leadership, commitment, and consistency in creating long-lasting value for the DAO.
Since onboarding, Ed | Pastacartel has been essential in leading Forefront product initiatives, this proposal aims to solidify his compensation and role post 6months since joining Forefront core team.

Responsibilities
Upon onboarding Ed | Pastacartel will continue to be responsible for:
- Experiment and discover community market fit against FF North Star and Core Values;
- Implement FF business model to create a self-sustaining entity;
- Establish FF as the leading DAO tooling entity helping fuel the web3 socialDAO ecosystem.
Compensation Scope
- Monthly compensation of $13,666 USDC;
- Retro starting date Aug 1st, 2022, upon proposal approval;
- Existing FF token compensation remains unchanged;
- As per current guideline, compensation to be revised in 6 months.

Evaluation
- FT work expectation and outcome scorecard (with seasonal OKRs) will be set internally. It will serve as guideline, work evaluation also includes members growth, learning and improvement;
- Guideline on termination: In failure to meet expectations or violation of FF values and principles, an re-evaluation discussion will take place between the full time contributors and the staff team. If the decision to terminate is agreed and valid, it will be put into effect by the staff team. In this case contributors monthly and vesting compensation will be immediately ceased.
- In case of termination, all unvested FF will roll back to the treasury.
Quorum
- Quorum: Minimum 5% of all currently circulating $FF (excluding treasury tokens) or 43119.2 $FF must participate for the proposal to pass.
- Passing Threshold: 65% or more of voting members must vote YES for the proposal to pass.

- No - Vote NO to reject Contract Renewal for Ed | Pastacartel as a Product Lead
