Motivation

Fight is entering a phase where transparent, repeatable governance matters. Before voting on budgets, programs, or ecosystem initiatives, we need a shared baseline for how decisions are proposed, voted on, and ratified.

This proposal is intentionally low-risk and procedural. It exists to:

• Activate Snapshot as the official off-chain governance venue
• Align the core team on governance mechanics
• Set a foundation that can evolve via future proposals

Proposed Governance Framework (Phase 1)

If approved, the following framework will apply to Snapshot governance until amended by a future vote:

1. Voters

• Eligible voters: $FIGHT holders on BSC
• Voting is advisory but binding at the Foundation execution level during Phase 1

2. Proposal Scope

Snapshot proposals may include:

• Governance and process changes
• Budget signaling and allocations
• Program launches or sunsets
• Ecosystem priorities and pilots

3. Quorum & Passing Threshold

• Quorum: Minimum participation of 10 voting members
• Passing: Simple majority (50% + 1 of votes cast)

4. Proposal Lifecycle

• Proposal posted with clear summary, motivation, and expected outcome
• Voting window defined per proposal (default: 3–5 days)
• Results published publicly and archived
• Approved proposals move to Foundation execution or next-step implementation

5. Progressive Decentralization

This framework is explicitly temporary and designed to evolve as:

• Token-holder participation expands
• Delegate systems are introduced
• On-chain execution becomes appropriate

All changes to governance rules must themselves be approved via Snapshot.
