The 20% reserved for Bananapus should be sent to 0x7F7a60dFa52C5126e454E0387d98bcC8c4F44524, a 4/5 Safe with Jango, Filip, 0xBA5ED, Dr. Gorilla, and Jigglyjams as signers (everyone on JuiceboxDAO's Safe who's receiving a payout from Bananapus). Those tokens should be allocated to JBX stakers when possible.

The recipients mentioned above may designate another wallet before this proposal's execution.

Contributions

1. Jango conceived of Bananapus, proposed its funding to JuiceboxDAO, managed Bananapus' Juicebox project, and has guided the process throughout.
2. Sage hand-drew Bananapus' initial mascot/logo.
3. Jacopo created an early prototype proving that juicebox.money could handle an ERC-20 payments.
4. 0xBA5ED and Viraz created bananapus-governance-nft, a prototype NFT contract used to grant voting rights and staking functionality to holders.
5. 0xBA5ED created bananapus-governor, an instance of OpenZeppelin's Governor Bravo for use by Bananapus.
6. Dr. Gorilla and Viraz created the banana-merkle contract, a simple merkle claiming contract which did not go into production. Filip made a frontend, a backend, and a merkle generator tool for this contract.
7. Jigglyjams set up Nance instance for the project. It is not in use yet, but may support on-chain governance coordination in the future.
8. Filip designed logos, banners, and branding for Bananapus.
9. Dr. Gorilla, Viraz, and 0xBA5ED created bananapus-distributor, a contract which collects tokens from various projects and allow stakers to periodically withdraw a share of the basket. Dr. Gorilla performed the initial setup and prototyping, Viraz contributed some refactors and improvements, and 0xBA5ED did the bulk of development work to bring it to its current state.
10. 0xBA5ED created bananapus-721-staking-delegate. It features a staking delegate which allows users to stake ERC-20 tokens to claim tiered ERC-721 governance NFTs, a deployer for these delegates, a deployer for payment terminals to accept these funds, and a URI resolver contract. Jango did the initial repo setup and helped to guide the design, and Viraz contributed several minor refactors and fixes.
11. Filip is working on bananapus.com, Bananapus' website and a frontend interface to interact with bananapus-721-staking-delegate and the distributor.
12. 0xBA5ED has been developing bananapus-tentacles, a collection of contracts to manage cross-chain token distribution.
