为了确保 DAO 的长期可持续发展，本提案将确立 FilmDAO 的激励与奖励框架：
通过任务激励、投票奖励、提案奖励等机制，建立一个以 FILM Token 为核心的奖励循环系统。

FilmDAO is entering its “Pilot Season” operational phase.
To ensure long-term sustainability, this proposal introduces the DAO’s incentive and reward framework, establishing a FILM Token–based reward cycle through task, voting, and proposal incentives.

🪙 一、奖励池来源 / Reward Pool Source

自提案通过之日起，FilmDAO 每季度自动将 DAO 收益（0xSplits 流入 Safe 金库）的 10% 转入 “Reward Pool（奖励池）”。
此资金专用于向 DAO 成员发放激励，不得用于个人账户或非治理类支出。

English:
Starting from this proposal’s approval, 10% of DAO revenue (incoming via 0xSplits to the Safe Treasury) will be allocated quarterly to the “Reward Pool”.
This pool is used exclusively for DAO member incentives and cannot be diverted to non-governance expenses.

奖励以 FILM Token 发放，作为 DAO 内部结算与激励货币。
FILM 同时具备治理权与收益权，可在投票与任务中流通。

Rewards are distributed in FILM Tokens, serving as the internal currency for DAO incentives.
FILM carries both governance and profit rights, and circulates within the DAO through participation and contributions.

🧩 三、激励对象与方式 / Incentive Recipients & Methods

1️⃣ 任务激励（Task-based Rewards）

中文：
完成 FilmDAO 指定的内容、宣传、翻译、视觉设计、AI 技术等任务的成员，
可根据任务复杂度获得 10–50 FILM 奖励，由多签金库确认发放。

English:
Members completing assigned DAO tasks (content, promotion, translation, visual design, AI technical work, etc.)
receive 10–50 FILM depending on task complexity, verified and distributed by the multisig treasury.

2️⃣ 投票参与激励（Voting Rewards）

中文：
每次在 Snapshot 上参与投票的成员（For / Against / Abstain 均算）将获得 1 FILM 奖励。
奖励在投票周期结束后，由系统批量发放。

English:
Each participant in a Snapshot vote (For / Against / Abstain) receives 1 FILM Token.
Distribution occurs automatically after each voting period ends.

3️⃣ 提案创建激励（Proposal Rewards）

成功创建并通过 Snapshot 提案的成员，
将获得 20 FILM 奖励，以鼓励 DAO 内治理建设与提案产出。

Members who successfully create and pass a Snapshot proposal
will receive a 20 FILM Token reward to encourage active governance participation.

💰 四、发放周期与执行方式 / Distribution Cycle & Execution

• 奖励池发放周期：每季度一次（3 个月）
• 发放方式：由 Safe 多签金库执行（2/3 签署人确认）
• 发放前需提交 “Reward Distribution List” 并通过 Snapshot 提案确认
• 所有分配记录需上链保存（Mirror / Arweave 存档）
