Mints DAO Incubation Proposal

Summary

Fingerprints has the opportunity to incubate a new DAO, Mints, that is focused on enabling artist to produce unique and novel generative art. Mints is a soon-to-be-launched next-gen minting platform for generative art, handing back control to artists and collectors alike. Mints is a DAO-governed platform providing artists and communities a wider breadth of tools for the creation of and experimentation with on-chain art.

Ranked Choice Vote Options

1. Full Round: Fingerprints will be the sole investor and will allocate $1M to Mints at a $10M valuation
2. $200k investment: Fingerprints will choose to allocate $200K at a $15M valuation and will join the round with other investors
3. $50k investment: Fingerprints will choose to allocate $50K at a $15M valuation and will join the round with other investors
4. No incubation: Fingerprints will not invest any amount and the two parties will go their separate ways
