Update to the Working Group Structure

Context

The previous working group structure comprised Marketing, Studio, Finance, and Governance working groups. This proposal reduces and simplifies this structure to only the Studio and a new "Maintenance" working group absorbing all daily operational activites necessary to sustain the DAO.
