Context

Compensation efforts have been halted for the organizational redesign, in which a core team will be formed and there will be changes to how compensation will occur.

While the reorganization is being completed, work in the DAO has continued in full effect, thus surfacing the need for a provisional compensation proposal.

We’ve recently converted substantial portions of our ETH and WETH holdings into USDC (as per the pre-approved treasury diversification proposal), so it will be used to compensate instead of ETH.

Proposal

Up to USDC $70,000 (corresponding to less than 1/12 of the $1mm budget for fixed expenses, as approved in our treasury management proposal) will be distributed to core contributing members for their work in the month of February 2022; The amount will be used to compensate the following members, who’ve been carrying out critical activities to the DAO:

The individual distributions of compensation will be determined by FP member @Luiz, who’s had the best visibility of the work conducted in January.
