Proposal to Refund Liquidity Pool

Context

The current liquidity pool managed by the DAO on Uniswap is running low on ETH and needs to be replenished.

Proposal

1. Send an additional 30ETH to be used to replenish the existing Uniswap pool for $PRINTS or place collection offers on Voxelglyphs;
2. Allow pool purchases to be made for up to the membership price calculated on the public NAV spreadsheet through the top bid valuation method, to be updated weekly if price variation is larger than 15%.
