Proposal: Use of up to 80 ETH for liquidity

We propose budgeting up to 80 ETH for use in creating/facilitating liquidity for the PRINTS token.

The initial plan will be to place no more than half of the ETH in a one-sided liquidity pool with a maximum price of 0.001 ETH/PRINTS, to facilitate sell-side liquidity. The pool will be observed and actively managed as needed, with a further 40 ETH reserved to actively support stability of the pool.
