RAW DAO Incubation Proposal

RAW DAO will be constituted by 10,000,000 governance tokens. A couple members from Fingerprints will contribute the founding piece Twin Flames #49, which was acquired for 506ETH. Of the 10m tokens, 7.5m will be kept in treasury and 2.5m will be distributed in this Phase 0, resulting in a per token valuation of 0.0002024ETH/token.

The 2.5m tokens will be distributed between Fingerprints DAO, Fingerprints Members and photographers, collectors and acquirers of the founding piece.

This proposal aims to define how these tokens will be distributed among these 3 parties.
