Curation and Acquisition Committee

The purpose of this vote is to validate the appointments for the executive committee responsible for deciding what to collect and how to collect.

The committee will have discretion on:

(1) Amount spent -- restricted to ETH raised + PRINTS available for Phase I. Any additional amount has to go through Snapshot vote (https://discord.com/channels/836658742693986337/836664434931925048/842185625200754708) (2) What to spend on, making best efforts to get maximum inputs and validation from the community (3) Timing and execution
