Proposal:

FinNexus is planning to launch its FinNexus Protocol for Options (FPO) on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) on 2021-03-29. This proposal is to decide how to incentivize BSC users to contribute liquidity to the FPO.

Please vote 'yes' or 'no' to the following plan:

1. 100,000 FNX will be reserved for cooperation with other well-known protocols as initial incentives and airdrops.
2. The amount of incentives for AMM liquidity providers will be the same as provided for Sushiswap mining on Ethereum, for 2 months.
3. FPO mining will follow the rules laid out in the docs here

However:

• The basic mining amount will be 15000 cFNX/day for 2 months, as the trial period;
• After 2 months, the basic mining amount will be reduced by half to 7500 cFNX/day and merged with the current total basic mining in the other ‘old pools’. The allocation in different pools - including on Ethereum, Wanchain and BSC - will be adjusted and re-allocated according to the pools’ Total Value Locked, on the first day of each month from June 1.
• From June 1, the total basic mining halving will follow the halving principle decided in [FIP #9].
• The longest lock-up period for FNX on BSC will be 6 months with a multiplier of 6x. The multiplier will decay monthly.

提案内容:

FinNexus计划在2021-03-29上线币安智能链BSC。本提案是关于如何在BSC上开展挖矿激励的。

1. 10万个FNX作为储备，用户激励在BSC上初期开展合作的相关项目的奖励以及空投，以吸引更多用户关注。
2. 给予去中心化交易所AMM池的流动性贡献者以流动性挖矿奖励，奖励金额和以太坊上的Sushiswap奖励一致，维持2个月。
3. FPO的期权池挖矿奖励遵循和以太坊上相同的原则，具体可以参考此内容, 但是不同点在于:

• 基础挖矿奖励为15000 cFNX/天，并持续2个月作为试验期;
• 2个月试验期结束后，基础挖矿奖励减半，并且和现有的以太坊和Wanchain的奖励进行结合，并自6月1日起，每个月1号根据池子的TVL进行重新分配。
• 自6月1日起，挖矿奖励的减半将遵循[FIP #9]决议所确定的原则来执行。
• BSC上FNX的最长锁定期限是6个月，对应的最大挖矿加成系数是6倍，并且每月递减。
