Should Thomas Pedersen be added to the Flash Council?

The Flash Council controls the FlashCommunity.eth multisig, and can escalate community proposals to be official Flash proposals by creating them on https://snapshot.org/#/flashcommunity.eth/

Thomas Pedersen has opted in to being on this Flash Council if the community approves. He has reached out previously about wanting to be a bigger part of FLASH per his proposal https://home.blockzerolabs.io/post/project-management-60999576eb1aaac5a3350d50 , in which case being part of the Flash Council could be a good first step.
