Should the Flashstake Treasury send 1 FLASH token to the Blockzero Treasury?

This proposal is meant as a way to kick the tires and confirm the new Flashstake DAO governance structure set up and integration with oSnap has been installed successfully.

The purpose of sending 1 FLASH token is to confirm transactional calls can be executed as expected when a proposal has completed.

The purpose of sending to the Blockzero Treasury is to have a destination source that is trusted in the event the wrong amount of tokens are sent, so any tokens more than 1 can be safely returned.

The Blockzero Treasury address that 1 FLASH token should be sent to is 0x5089722613C2cCEe071C39C59e9889641f435F15

Vote "For" if you want the Flashstake Treasury to proceed with oSnap integration, to decentralize the treasury management to be managed by FLASH token holders via the oSnap module.
