Purchase Land plots in Shib the MV

Shib the MV, is an upcoming metaverse built in the context of the Shiba inu project, one of the most successful meme tokens ecosystem ever created.

Only to give you some perspective over the vastness of the Shiba inu token, I will make reference to the amount of unique DEX wallet addresses, summing up to over 2 million and the evaluation of the token, which supersedes the 5 billion USD valuation, thus figuring amongst the top 20 most valuable assets in crypto.

The Shiba inu devs have already onboarded several people with experience in creating virtual environments as consultants and only recently they announced that the visualization studio, The Third Floor (TTF), will design and construct this metaverse.

Just to familiarize ourselves with TTF, I quote from the medium they recently released:

"The company’s work spans films and shows in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, recent Star Wars films and episodics and projects across themed attractions, commercial advertising and video games.

The Third Floor will use its skills in visual development and storytelling to help define and develop virtual environments, buildings and landmarks for a true Shiba inspired universe, while developing a marketplace to inform final environment production.

I believe that owing four (4) plots of land in this metaverse project will provide us with great exposure to a vast community with a wide range of interests. Most importantly though, we will also benefit from the support the Shiba inu devs and the TTF team may provide in terms of building tools, to assist us in creating an unprecedented virtual experience in this promising metaverse project.

Currently there are tiers of plots, the less expensive ones cost 0.2 ETH. Purchasing four (4) plots of land will provide us with the opportunity to build quite an attraction and bring the spotlight onto JustMallards.

Our creation over at Shib The MV may range from JustMallards NFT galleries/showrooms, marketplaces for web2/3 or RL products/merchandise, up to P2E games, or other attractions as we deem necessary. But this is subject to another proposal that may take place in the future and as long as we decide to proceed with the purchase of these four (4) plots of Land.

Total funds that we will need to remove from the Treasury for this purpose amounts to 0.2 ETH x 4 = 0.8 ETH.
