PROPOSAL: Invest $125,000 from the Floki Treasury in the $BADAI token

We recently announced that $BADAI, the BNB chain's most anticipated AI Agent protocol, will launch its token through TokenFi Launchpad in partnership with Floki.

BAD AI has made significant commitments to the Floki Ecosystem, including allocating 45% of its token supply to the Floki Ecosystem:

• 35% to be airdropped to FLOKI holders, TokenFi holders, and Floki Trading Bot users
• 10% to TokenFi Launchpad for the $BADAI presale.

As part of our partnership terms with BAD AI, we have an opportunity to invest up to $125,000 from the Floki Treasury in the $BADAI token at the presale valuation of $12.5 million.

Pros of this proposal

• Diversifies the Floki treasury by allowing us to put a very small portion of the treasury holdings in a promising asset with great potential for appreciation. For perspective, BAD AI is the most anticipated AI agent launch on the BNB chain. The top AI Agents on the Solana, Base, and Ethereum chains have a valuation ranging between $720 million and $2.8 billion at the time of writing. Investing in BADAI at the presale valuation of $12.5m gives significant potential for outsized returns, which should further strengthen the Floki Treasury.
• Deepens our relationship with BAD AI by showing a public vote of confidence in them. It also sends a strong message to similar projects that Floki will fully support them if they choose us as their main launch partner, which should provide benefits to $FLOKI and $TOKEN holders.

Cons of this proposal

While we have a strong thesis and confidence in the potential of the $BADAI token relative to competitors, we do not have any influence over its price or performance. The token's performance is solely influenced by market forces we have no control over.
