PROPOSAL: Invest $300,000 from the Floki Treasury in the Wise Monkey (MONKY) token

We recently announced that highly-anticipated memecoin project Wise Monkey will be launching their token with support from Floki.

As part of our partnership terms with Wise Monkey, we have an opportunity to invest up to $300,000 from the Floki Treasury in the MONKY token at a valuation of $20 million. These tokens will be coming from the Wise Monkey "Foundation" allocation.

Currently, our treasury mainly holds the following tokens:

• BNB
• ETH
• Stablecoins (USDT/USDC)
• FLOKI
• TOKEN
• CAT

If this proposal passes, we will be holding MONKY in our treasury alongside our ecosystem tokens (FLOKI & TOKEN) and established stablecoins (USDT & USDC) and the native tokens of the blockchains our tokens are live on (BNB and ETH).

Pros of this proposal

• Diversifies the Floki treasury by allowing us to put a very small portion of the treasury holdings in a promising asset that has great potential of appreciating.
• For perspective, there have been several memecoin metas that have resulted in the most prominent memecoins running to billions or hundreds of millions of dollars in market cap recently: including dogs, frogs, cats, and squirrels. MONKY has the potential to be the main monkey memecoin, which gives significant potential for outsized returns, which should further strengthen the Floki Treasury.
• This deepens our relationship with Wise Monkey by showing a public vote of confidence in them: this is important since Wise Monkey is allocating a significant portion of its token supply as an airdrop to Floki holders and for a campaign with the Floki Trading Bot. It also sends a strong message to similar projects that Floki will fully support them if they offer strong incentives to our ecosystem, which should provide benefits to FLOKI and TOKEN holders.

To put things in perspective:

The last time we put forward a proposal like this, we invested $200,000 in CAT which is now worth over $3.6 million in less than 4 months. That's an 18x increase in our initial investment and massive returns for the Floki Treasury.

Cons of this proposal

• While we have confidence in the potential of the MONKY token, we do not have any influence over the price or performance of the token. The token performance is solely influenced by market forces we have no control over. So, this investment could very well go to zero.
• The Wise Monkey token is a memecoin. Their team is very clear that there is no promise of utility or performance, so this is a risky investment.
